Here at The Natural Coaching Company we know that being our best selves involves good relationships – to ourselves, those we lead, our communities, and to the planet. This is nature-based coaching.

Spending time regularly in nature can facilitate this. Imagination, creativity and ethical decision making are all enhanced by time in natural green space – as well as lower levels of stress and anxiety.

That’s why our coaching work often brings nature into the conversation – whether we’re working outdoors or in.

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK is on a nature theme. Important work by the University of Derby sets out why this is so important.
