Training Terms & Conditions
Please find below our terms and conditions for training courses led by The Natural Coaching Company. We are registered in England and Wales as Natural Coaching Ltd., company number 12199836.
These terms and conditions have been designed to protect the quality of the training you receive. The Natural Coaching Company is an ethical organisation that values honest and open communication with its course participants. In the unlikely event that you are unable to meet your obligations under this agreement, please feel free to contact us to discuss your individual circumstances.
These terms and conditions do not cover our one-to-one and group coaching. This work is dealt with via a separate Coaching Agreement, a copy of which can be provided on request.
Process and Payment
Applications for a place on a course are considered on submission of a Natural Coaching Company application form. Places are confirmed on receipt of course deposit.
Payment
A deposit or instalment payment must be received in order to confirm a place on the course. Until such time as this payment is received The Natural Coaching Company may continue to sell or allocate places.
We will only accept your order when we email you to confirm this. At this point, a legally binding contract will be in place between you and us. If you are under the age of 18, you may not buy any course from us.
Balance of payment in full will be required at a specified date before the course commences.
Fee differences may arise as a result of delegates booking courses with us at different times or subject to different promotions from time to time. We are under no obligation to refund any fee differences.
The fee of the courses are in pounds sterling (£)(GBP) and includes VAT at the applicable rate.
Variation to Payment Terms
The Natural Coaching Company reserves the right to adjust the above terms. In such an event, the revised terms will be supplied to the participant in writing and will be valid on that occasion only.
Carrying out of courses
We must carry out the course at the time or within the period which you and we agree. Our carrying out of the course might be affected by events beyond our reasonable control. If so, there might be a delay before we can restart the course, having made reasonable efforts to limit the effect of any of those events and having kept you informed of the circumstances, but we will try to restart the course as soon as those events have been fixed. Examples of events which might be beyond our reasonable control include:
- you change the course (and this means we have to do extra work or wait for extra materials)
- materials are not delivered at the time agreed from our supplier of the materials. We will ensure all materials are received
- we cannot access a site, including online platform, at the times we agreed with you
- poor weather conditions.
Filming and/or the photographing of the tutors in session may occasionally take place for the purposes of learning resources and/or promotional materials. If you do not wish to be included please advise us accordingly.
Cancellation of Training
Each participant has the right at any time to cancel their place on the training course. All requests to cancel must be made in writing to the Director at:

Requests will be acknowledged in writing by The Natural Coaching Company and processed as below.
Cancellation charges will be levied as follows:
- 60 days + prior to start of training 0% of programme fees
- 29-59 days prior to start of training 25% of programme fees
- 14-30 days prior to start of training 50% of programme fees
- Less than 14 days before training starts 100% of programme fees
The Natural Coaching Company reserves the right to re-sell or re-allocate cancelled places.
Transfer of Training Course by Participant
Each participant has the right, prior to the start of the training course, to request to transfer their place to another Natural Coaching Company course. Such requests must be made in writing to the Director at either the company postal or email address (as stated under section: Cancellation of Training). Any requests received will be promptly acknowledged in writing by the Director and be processed as follows, subject to space availability the relevant course(s):
- Requests for transfers received 30 or more days before the start of the training course are not subject to a transfer charge. Please note, however, that if there is a price increase for the selected course the difference in fee will be charged.
- Requests for transfers received 0-29 days before the start of the training course are subject to a transfer charge of 10% of total training course fees, plus any increase in fee as above.
- If a participant transfers more than once, a further 10% transfer fee will be incurred each time, in addition to any increase in course fees.
- The Natural Coaching Company reserves the right to re-sell or re-allocate transferred places on any of the training courses in coaching.
Changes to Course Content and Logistics
Training programme content and logistics are correct at the time of publishing (within either online or printed materials). However, alterations to course content, venue, dates, opening and closing times and training personnel may occasionally be made and/or necessary. The Natural Coaching Company reserves the right, at any time, to change these and, where possible, will give reasonable notice of such changes. The participant shall not have any claim against The Natural Coaching Company in respect of any consequential or indirect loss whatsoever.
Training Materials
The participant acknowledges that the training materials including hand-outs, information, documentation, manuals and the manner in which they are presented are the intellectual property of The Natural Coaching Company. The participant shall not reproduce or copy or vary or adapt the coach training materials by any means or in any way or form whatsoever for commercial use.
To the fullest extent permitted by the law, neither The Natural Coaching Company nor its associates will be liable by reason of breach of Contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) occasioned to any person acting or omitting to act or refraining from acting upon the course material or presentation of the coaching training course
Waiver and Termination
Any waiver given by The Natural Coaching Company in relation to any condition will only be effective if given in writing and will only be valid on that occasion. The Natural Coaching Company has the right to terminate the contract with the participant immediately in the following circumstances:
- Where the participant has committed a breach of his or her obligations under the terms and conditions.
- Where the participant acts in an inappropriate manner that compromises or impacts the learning of other participants or brings The Natural Coaching Company into disrepute. (In the event of such behaviour, the participant will always first be given the opportunity to change the situation).
- Where the relationship between The Natural Coaching Company and participant has, even after mediation, become untenable.
In the event of the termination of the contract, the cancellation provisions set out shall apply.
Communication
Should a participant have any concerns relating to the training and wish to raise them formally, then s/he/they should write to the Director by post or email at the company address (as stated under section: Cancellation of Training by participant). The decision of the Director, in relation to that letter or email is final and there will be no further communication on the matter.
Continuous Professional Development and accreditation
Please refer to each individual course regarding CPD and accreditation.
Course Alterations
The Natural Coaching Company cannot be held liable in respect of any decision, action, alteration or requirement by accrediting bodies and/or course standards which may have the subsequent effect of altering the status of the courses offered by The Natural Coaching Company.
Privacy and personal information
Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use, and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information, and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.
