Join us for a Masterclass in Coaching with Nature and learn how to partner with Nature for transformative coaching conversations. Taking place in London on 18 March.
Through interactive discussions and practical, hands-on exercises, we will experience how natural coaching settings can deepen awareness, improve listening, spark creativity, and foster profound transformation.

How will the Masterclass help me?
This event will help you to:
- Understand the ‘why’: Discover research on the cognitive, emotional, and physiological benefits of nature-based coaching.
- Enhance your coaching impact: Cultivate mindful, grounded presence and deepen your listening skills.
- Let Nature guide you: Learn how to go beyond using outdoor spaces as a backdrop, and begin to integrate nature into your coaching wherever you do it.
- Honour the ethics of Coaching with Nature: Lead with safety, equity and compassion – for your clients and for the natural world.
Who is the masterclass for?
This event is for coaches who want to deepen their impact: for clients, communities, and the planet. It is suitable for people of all ages, backgrounds and approaches who coach others – either individually, in small groups, or in teams.
Who is leading it?
Your facilitators are James Farrell and Karen Leibenguth.
Karen coaches ethical leaders — people who care about the environment and other people — helping them to grow their confidence and make their life more meaningful. Her speciality is coaching clients outdoors, walking side by side through green spaces. She is a mindfulness teacher and highly experienced outdoor coach.
James is a nature based coach, coach trainer and consultant who has been working indoors and outdoors with clients for a decade.
Where and when is it taking place?
The Masterclass is on Wednesday 18 March 2026, from 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM at The Hub, Victoria Park, London E9 5HD.
Our space will include the venue, and the park itself – a place full of rich history, diverse people, and wonderful trees, water and open spaces. You will find beautiful scenery, lush greenery, and the tranquil waters of West Lake, surrounded by weeping willows. Banyan Tree Walk has majestic vines that twist and turn to form wondrous shapes, and there is a Chinese garden with traditional pavilions and stone bridges spanning over koi ponds dotted with multi-coloured lilies.
