Now’s a good time to remember what we all know but often forget – that nature is good for us.

Now’s a good time to remember what we all know but often forget – that nature is good for us.

Until the Govt introduces more draconian measures, I’m getting outside every day – even for a walk round the local green space, or a quiet moment sitting down by the sea – and I’ll be encouraging my two girls to do the same.

Closing schools has come as quite a shock to them – the loss of their social network, the removal of the goals they have been working towards (A levels for the eldest), the sense of wasted hard work, the uncertainty of how they will qualify and progress, and no longer being able to do the things they really love (Dance for the youngest).

And whilst a walk in nature won’t fix all of that, I know it can reduce levels of anxiety, make us feel calmer and happier, and help us connect to a wider world.

If you want to benefit from being outdoors in nature, and work with someone on your desires and vision, get in touch with us.
