A few years ago I delivered a webinar on the science of nature and health. Boiled down to the essentials for coaches.
Watching it again recently, I was struck by two things – first that some of the science has moved on, and is now even more compelling! Second, that this is stuff we all need to know. Coaches or not. Professionals, clinicians, leaders, therapists, everyday normal individuals – the list goes on!

On the science, two things.
- We now know that nature connected people report up to 3x more action for nature in daily life.
- The mental health benefits are indisputable, and there is compelling research on the benefits for neurodivergent people.
