Often, clients find themselves exploring deep questions – what do I really want from life, or my career? What is my purpose in the world, and how do I live it? How can I give back to my community and to the planet? This can be very rewarding work.

We work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, from career entry staff to founders, managers and executives. We work with individuals, and organisations from start ups to FTSE100 business, and in sectors including science, environment and sustainability, academia and the NHS. Nature based coaching

Coaching in all forms is great, but working in partnership with nature offers many extra benefits. This is a specialism of The Natural Coaching Company, and we are a leader in this exciting field of practice.

Clients can choose to work face to face, or remotely – talking on the phone in a local greenspace.

Mental health and ADHD coaching

I am a qualified mental health coach, and am currently qualifying as an ADHD coach. This means I am experienced in working with people in the ‘space between’ therapy and coaching.

The kinds of topics I have experience with include:

☆ Challenges and opportunities of living with ADHD
☆ Improving general mental wellbeing

I have experience of somatic practices, and mindfulness and meditation – and training in mind management skills. Many clients benefit from working with nature as part of their process.

My work is not suitable for people who are not coping, or functioning, and would instead benefit from therapy – but I often see people who are also in therapy and able to benefit from the forward momentum and autonomy of a coaching conversation.

Nature based coaching training

We are planning to launch a new course on ‘Nature Based Coaching’. It will be for coaches who want to deepen and extend their practice, and bring new growth and value to the lives of their clients and themselves. The course will be online, with an option to attend a day in person at the famous rewilding project at Knepp Estate, Sussex, UK.
